A remarkable example of New York Times inter-active storytelling and reporting across platforms. Huge credit to Daniel Berehulak and Filipino journalist Rica Concepcion for bearing witness. Duterte’s reward for this slaughter and authorised murder campaign is one of President-elect Trump’s first invitations to visit the White House.
